Background
Dr. Chen Shen is an Assistant Professor in the Finance department. He joined Ontario Tech University in the fall of 2022 after completing his Ph.D. in finance at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2022. His research and teaching interests are in empirical corporate finance, household finance, climate change on finance, and corporate governance. Before joining academia, he works as a Financial Analyst at Accenture (China).Education
