Background
Dr. Alexander Serenko is a Professor of Management Information Systems. Alexander holds a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from McMaster University. His research interests pertain to scientometrics, knowledge management, technology addiction, and implicit cognitive processes. Alexander has published more than 100 articles in refereed journals, including MIS Quarterly, European Journal of Information Systems, Information & Management, Communications of the ACM, and Journal of Knowledge Management, and his works have received more than 10,000 citations. Alexander has also won six Best Paper awards at Canadian and international conferences. In 2018, he was ranked one of the most productive and influential academics in the knowledge management discipline. Alexander is also included in the list of top 2% of the world’s scientists.
