Joint Research Centre in AI for Health And Wellness
Established by Ontario Tech University, Canada and the University of Technology Sydney, Australia in August 2019, the Joint Research Centre in AI for Health and Wellness (AI4HW) grew from the Ontario Tech Uiversity’s Health Informatics Research group that was established by Professor Carolyn McGregor AM in 2007. The AI4HW team works collaboratively with its many partners to deliver innovative research and with measurable impact to improve the overall well-being of our communities. The team provides experiential learning for undergraduate and graduate students at Ontario Tech University and UTS's world class technical university environments.

Accomplishments
- Carolyn McGregor was awarded membership in the Order of Australia, two research studies running on the International Space Station. McGregor's Artemis platform was deployed in two hospitals in Ontario.
